I think it's worth it to add 50$ for another 2 inch, but it's up to you. V4150 is the business version of V4100. The only differences between 4150 and 4100 are that 4150 has 18 month warranty vs 12 month for 4100. 4150 also has a black bar at the bottom.FWIW, the 40V4100/4150 use Samsung panels, while the 42V4100 uses Sharp panels.
